I hold a degree in social sciences and have been supporting groups and teams in various contexts for many years – from young people to adults in educational and social settings.
It is important to me to create spaces where teams communicate openly, work creatively and develop solutions together. I combine playful methods with clear structure – practical, participatory and with a good dose of humor.

I support teams and organizations in strengthening collaboration and using change as an opportunity. Over many years, I have built and led teams in industry and guided them through complex transformation processes – with a focus on trust, clarity and shared learning.
As a coach and leader, I combine strategic perspective with creative, playful methods. This creates developmental spaces in which people enter into dialogue, take responsibility and enjoy shaping something new together.
